I just wanted to know what is human resources.is it as esay. I wanted to take it as a subject..! What is it.. and what is its defination please answer.. thanx

Human Resources is the management of staff in a company. It encompasses recruiting, hiring, employee relations, benefits and compensation.

P.S. Just some tips for future reference. We know you need help, so using a subject like "Help Me", doesn't tell us anything. Using more descriptive subjects will help attract people who have answers. For example, What is Human Resources would have been a more appropriate subject.

Also, Shorthand (like what and plz) are for IMing and text messaging or other casual communication. For a site like this its better to write normally.
