    Power of Attoney
    Thank you for the feedback. His wife is incharge of his estate, but is incapable of doing anything on her own; mentally and Physically. Now her nephew took over the estate after my father died. Is there anyway I can take him to court to receive my share of the money Also my name is on the Will, But he has not given me my share of the money. Only the other two people that is on the Will.

    No, if you are a named beneficiary you MUST receive your share.

    The "secret" account (if it is in your father's name alone) will have to be figured into the value of the estate and distribution made with that new adjusted figure in mind.

    Go to the Court where the Will is being probated and ask to see the file, see what has been done and protest if you have been cut out. The estate cannot be settled without your signature so at some point someone has to contact you.
