    Can I adopt my sepson
    My wife and I have been married for 2 years now. She has a 6 year old boy from a previous relationship. I have been in my step son life for 5 years now and I want very badly to adopt him. Can you help me?

    You will need to get the child's father to sign over his rights so you can adopt, and file adoption paperwork with the court, it is easier with an attorney.
