    Deed transfer
    Grandma passed away and I am the next of kin, how do I get the deed to the house put in my name?

    Welcome to AMHD. The best way is to get a lawyer; otherwise, visit your probate court and see if there is a helping hand there.

    Beat me to it! Probate or an Attorney will advise you on taxes, estate expenses, payment of your grandmother's debts, other possible heirs.
