Unfortunately it is impossible to tell the exact date of conception. Doctors can only estimate when you may have conceived. Only the sperm and the egg know when they met. ;)

Try this: to the first day of the last *normal* period add 7 days, subtract 3 months, and add 1 year.

That will give her the estimated date of delivery, not the date of conception. This is called Negele's Rule to determine EDD (estimated date of delivery).
