    a few charges
    OK I got hit with a few things...


    theft under 5000$

    X3 of possession of a thefted item

    assault with the intent to resist arrest


    I am in ontario

    just wondering if I should self represent myself or get legal aid or what? Thanks.

    do you think I would get jail time for these charges? I am 18 so I am getting charged as an adult.

    No, I don't think you should represent yourself. I think you should hire the best criminal lawyer you can find.

    Do I think you'll go to jail?? Even in Canada, they don't like their cops being hit. I think you stand a very good chance at seeing some slam time.

    You assaulted a Police Officer and want to know if you should be represented by an Attorney?

    Yes, it would be a very good idea but I don't know that he/she can do very much for you.
