    Is there a statue of limitations for larceney in the state of Colorado ?

    Yes there is, I could not find the exact year on my search, but it is the time from the day the crime happened, to the day a arrest warrant was issued, So if a person is charged but not caught, the SOL actually stops the day the arrest warrant was issued, so if there was a warrant issued, then the SOL will not apply.

    I believe it is @ 5 years but could not find the exact section on it
