    Temporary care
    How can I stop the mother to my kids from taking the children from school without me knowing. I have had the children in my kare for allmost a year and a half now and the mother hardly comes to see them she missed my sons fifth birthday but what's worse is she tried taking my son from school after not coming to see them for a good 6weeks is their any ground where I can stop her as I am still waiting on family court to hurry th F**** up and help me:confused:

    If you have full legal custody of the children though the courts, take a copy of your court order to the child's school, show them the mother is not the custodial parent, make sure she is not on an approved list to pick up the children

    Unfortunately, until you have a ruling from a judge there really isn't anything you can do.
