    Fleas in longhaired dashunds
How do I get rid of fleas in my long haired dashund? Nothing I try seems to work. Not the liquid flea meds, not bathing her in dawn dish soap, not bathing her in vinegar. Nothing. I am at a complete loss. Please help!!

Try using 20 Mule Team borax. I used this on all my dogs when I lived in South Florida known for it's killer fleas and flea infestations. Use sparingly on the dog's coat and then sprinkle throughout the house on the carpeting, etc where the dogs like to walk or sleep. You will have no fleas within a week. Vacuum up the borax and put down another treatment. I use my foot to rub it into the carpet. If the dog eats some it's not harmful.
