I am being sued for a credit card debt of 1,500 which has been turned over to a collection agency. The Agency is suing me.
Since I didn't sign anything with that agency can they sue me?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Sure they can. Its perfectly legal to sell your account to someone else for collections. Or for a creditor to contract with a collection agency to cleect the debt. These pages are full of such instances. I wonder why you would think otherwise.

I am being sued by Arrow Financial Services for credit card debt. Will I have a case against them when I go to court if they don't answer the letter I wrote requesting validation?

Do anyone know if Arrow Financial Services is bonded in Texas/ I heard a company had to be bonded in the state where you are being sued.

I sent two letters to Arrow Financial Company to Validate a credit card debt they say I owe and I am being sued. I have not heard from them. Will I have a case against them when we go to court if they haven't sent me any validation material that I asked for?

You don't have a case against them but you do have a defense to their action. Not the same thing.

Should be combined with other question -

As long as the contract was entered into legally the company does not have to have an office in Texas.

I don't know what you mean by bonded (in this case) - ?

No, they can still produce the documents at the court hearing. You may then ask for a continuance to review the documents. But just because they didn't respond to your request doesn't disqualify their case. However, it can be used against them if they do not produce the documents.

I was wondering if I sent my dispute letter to the right person. At the top of the summons it had Arrow Financial Services with no address or phone number. Right under that was the Lawyer name, address & phone number. Atty, Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sam. I sent it to them. Was that correct?
