    Teen car ownership
    How many teens have their own cars, by age? Is there a demographic statistical survey that might portray a typical american teens "material posessions?"

    When I was 15, unable to drive, I had my own. Bought a wreck for $50. By the time I was 16, it was road worthy and I had a license.

    My Dad gave me a car at 16. It wasn't anything special, but it got me where I needed to go.

    And it was red! :D

    I would venture to say that there are very few cars registered to teenagers. More likely the cars are registered to their parents.
