Tub/shower Faucet with anti scald feature
I am installing Glacier Bay Tub/Shower Faucet (three handle with anti scald feature) (Model 439-314G. I cannot adjust water temprature. The balance spool is clean as the system is brand new. Is there any special method to adjust limiting device? I am using the booklet "installation procedure".

Also initially there was problem with the balance spool. It would not let cold water in. Now it allows cold and hot water in but I cannot adjust water temprature.Help is greatly appreciated.

There should be a toll free number to call listed on your directions. I'd contact them Contact Us and do not bother going back to Home Depot for advice. I install Moen almost exclusively and their toll free number has helped even me many times, hope Glacier is as good for you.
