    Cat vomit that looks and smells like diarrhea
    Does anyone know what could cause a cat to vomit and it looks and smells like diarrhea? Thank you in advance to any and all responses.

    Are you sure that it is vomit and not feces of some sort?

    Yes, I saw her vomit. This isn't the first time either. About two months ago she did the same thing.
