I'm sure it is. I went the day there was a launch scheduled, it was so cool to see them getting ready for it. We were in the space center when it was open late... it was a nighttime launch. Unfortunately, they called it off because the clouds were too thick, but when tehre is a launch they set up a whole viewing area. There's some bleachers and stuff, and they bring out a big TV on a truck, and have interviews and stuff. You could see the shuttle on the TV with the lights shining up on it, and you're about a mile away from the actual launchpad... you can see the lights shining up in the sky too. It's amazing.

One of these days I'm going to get down there when another launch is scheduled.

Thanks Stringer, I'm not really feeling low, just sick, tired, maybe a wee bit grumpy because I still have tons of cleaning to do and I have a house full of sick people to top it off, myself included. 40's right around the corner, not much further to go, but I'm young at heart and always will be, until they put me 6 feet under that is. :);)

I think that when we are "young" God/nature is good to us; good bodies, cute/handsome, lots of energy, etc... but when we get somewhat older we receive the best yet; some wisdom and you can't complain about that. Maybe from all our experiences... but I think it is a gift.

Now some never do acquire this gift of wisdom (do you know some). And they are just plain stupid (sorry but true) and I had someone tell me that they could deal with anything except stupid.. "cause you can't even scrub stupid off no matter how had you try.":p

EDIT: Got to go to a business meeting... later...

Paris: "She's got a C average which means she's either lazy or stupid. I can work with either. Frankly sometimes stupid is easier. I can scare the stupid out of you, but the lazy runs deep."

Gilmore Girls... got to love them!
