    Estimating mulch amount
    I am planning to mulch my flower beds etc... and this is the first time I have ever purchased a large amount of mulch... How do I know how much I need? How many yards? I have no concept on how much a yard covers... is there a formula? I have 1 acre with a 10- 15 foot flower bed thaat strectches beyond the footprint of the house in the back, beds around a 4 br colonial, and a tree garden about 30 yards long... any suggestions?:confused:
