I own a shop and need some storage, there's a garage that been empty for years and I want to find out who owns it so I can ask them if they wanted to rent it out, I've been told its not owned by the councuil please how do I find out a land serch cost £20 but them who's to sat I can find the person I'm not very computer skilled can any one help. The best thing to do would be to go to the appropriate department and officials in the city, pay the search fee, and then go through the waiting time for the search as well as other times necessary for you to go through the process of legally being able to use the garage if the owner can't be located.
