You'll need to ask her about it again to get some clarification as an embryo is an egg that is already fertilised. I highly recommend a great book that will give you loads of info about your body and how it all works in regard to getting pregnant. It is called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Check it out at the library.
There is no magic medicine that someone without fertility issues can take to increase odds of pregnancy. There are some things that can be used, but what and how much would depend on whether you had any specific fertility issues.
How long have you been trying to get pregnant? It can take months, even a year or more, for perfectly healthy couples to fall pregnant. A wise choice would be to start on folic acid, you can check out prenatal vitamins and get it that way, before you become pregnant. Make any lifestyle changes that you know would be helpful... stop smoking and drinking (if that applies), eat healthy food choices, start some regular mild exercise, etc.. These go for your partner as well as sperm health plays a role in conceiving. It would also be advisable to visit your doctor for a preconception consultation to discuss any specifics for you and your partner.

First how long have you been trying, while some people get pregnant on their first time, for many it can take one to two years and working on timing the sex for the most fertile time.

And it is time to start listening to "friends" and seeing your medical doctor for professoinal advice.

Yeah> I believe a basic education in Biology would be a really GOOD thing here. You apparently are not mature enough to have a child. Please do not be offended. You must consider that you ENTIRE life will change after having a child. Are you willing to be up all night if your child is sick? Are you ready to change diapers several times a day? Who will provide for you and your child in EVERY way??
