    Can I eat sushi while I am pregnant?

    Although I am not an expert about sushi I would recommend staying away from it while you are pregnant as you could easily pick up something from the uncooked fish. I once ate shrimp that was bad and had food poisoning for 2 weeks so bad I would have felt better if I had died. You don't want to introduce potentially bad organisms into your body while you are pregnant. Cooked fish, yes. Raw sushi, not really good idea.
