    Blown fuse
I own a 1998 honda accord EX with an OEM factory alarm

Every now and then my alarm would start on its own. (Lights and horn on/off). One day I came to start my car and could not disengauge the park. Had to use shift release. The cruise control brake lights and horn would not work. When I changed the brake light fuse, it solved the problems(all interconnected) until I go and honk on the horn, then the fuse would blow again.

I figure the problem is linked to my alarm. Is there a relay or some device that sends a signal to the horn to start when alarm is triggered and where to find it? Something has shorted. My alarm was still coming on on its own after but only with lights flashing. Then I unplugged the hood latch sensor which solved my alarm problem from coming on but I still have the issue with the horn.
    Any suggestions?

Try disconnecting wire at horn, or if you can locate alarm control box, see if it shows connections,(B+, Gnd, Starter disable, horn, etc.).
When the brake fuse is blown, car won't shift into gear.
