    Multiple jobs on L1b
    Hi,

    I am on l1 visa. Can I take up a freelance, part time job with another company while working for the original company that has sponsored my L1?

    The new company says that it will report the earnings on form 1099.

    Yes.. but you have to file tax for this second job as well.
