    Misdeaminor shows in the fbi records?
    I was arrested and I server a week, and the Judge decided that was a misdeamenor. But now I'm applying for a canadian work visa, and they want fbi background check and I want to know if it will show up my misdeamenor?

    Yes, if you were fingerprinted and formally charged, it will show up in your NCIC report
