    Who can use the 1099T deduction?
    If I, the parent, am not allowed to use the 1099T deduction due to income limitations, can my child, who worked part time, deduct it on theirs?

    Yes, he can, but he MUST claim his own personal exemption if he wants to claim the tuition credit.
