    Maybe try and lower the settings on it, i.e you'll lose the quality of the graphics but you might gain speed

    I already tried that. when I'm inside a house,store,restaurant,bar and etc it is not in slow motion.But if I'm outside it is super slow

    It would seem that your comp is having problems redering all the objects outside I,e in the street there are too many things for you comp to keep track of, maybe try and free up some memory but I'm not sure it will work
