    Are you asking about the procedure one uses to get divorced or to get an annulment, please? Sometimes, there is confusion between those two terms. Thanks!

    Iwill assume you want to know about an annullment, a method of ending a marriage instead of divorce. Each state in the US, and other countries all have their laws and rules. You will have to give us more info

    There is also a religioius annullment that has nothing to do with the state or divorce but is merely a religious status of the marriage.
