    Condo common law
    What is considered common areas in a condo in Los Angeles. I have a major plumbing problems from inside of my bathroom wall. I have no water pressure to my shower

    It depends on what it says in the CCRs. My condo association said that we were responsible for everything from the sheetrock in, and things that went through the walls. So doors, windows, and plumbing leaks in pipes that you could see were our problem, but leaks inside the walls were the HOA's. Yours may define the common areas differently.
