    Is stress bad
    OK so I have problems with a kiddney stone already but I'm also under a lot of stress I've already had one miscarrage and I've already been craping this is my fourth pregnant. And hopefuly my 3 child I am under a lot of stress I own my own house but I'm living with my parents, I'm in the middle of a divorce, and I just found out that my 2 child could have a different father don't ask how I just found that out it's a long story, and the living with parents it the worst, and I want to no if the stress can effect my pregnant. At all

    There is debate on just how much of a role stress can play in pregnancy... and it can be very individual. What may be stressful for one person, may not be much of an issue for someone else. We all handle stress differently as well. Certainly stress does effect your body as we know there is very much a connection between mind and body.

    Some things are out of your control, focus on what you can change or at least work with... some of which may be sorted out fairly soon, others may take awhile longer. Find ways to help you deal with the stressors in your life... regular daily exercise is a very good help for many. Get enough rest can make a big difference too. Talk to friends or family, if need be maybe a counselor to help you deal with some of the issues you are facing.
