    Hot Water Pressure very slow in shower
    I have a delta shower head in my shower and the hot water pressure is very little. The rest of the house is fine. The faucet is the one piece deal left hot cold right.

    You need to shut down your main or integral stops and then remove the cartridge, the hot inlet port is plugged with debris. Likely crude from your water heater is blocking the port. Start flushing your water heater at least once per year or more.

On the back side of the house (kitchen sink, bathroom and upstairs bathroom shower) water runs very slow and getting slower as time goes on. On the front side (upstairs hall bathroom and outside water source) water runs strong. What is causing this problem :(

The Kitchen faucet is a single knob. Both cold and hot has slow water pressure. If you use the sprayer and stop then the water pressure returns to normal for both cold and hot. You must always use the sprayer to get normal water pressure. Sprayer is not part of single faucet but is part of unit.
