*Disclaimer - I am not a doctor or pharmacist I do however study pharmacology and biochemistry, I was also a pharmacy health care assistant*

Please tell me you don't take all of them at once...
If you drive with an opiate agonist (such as codeine) and alcohol they will act synergistically (greater than either alone) to increases drowsiness.

Dicloflex and paracetamol can affect your liver function. Your liver processes alcohol, so this could have affected your breathalyser reading.

Did your doctor prescribe you all of these medicines or are you self medicating?

You shouldn't be taking ibuprofen, dicloflex and asprin together.

What is in your distagenic (look at the side of the box under active ingredients)? If it contains paracetamol don't take it with co-codamol. And don't take your co-codamol with paracetamol.

I hope you weren't taking all these at once but if you were please go to your doctor. You need a better way of coping with your pain, and probably a liver function test.

Dehydration will greatly affect your intoxication state as you need water to process alcohol. This is why alcohol is dehydating in itself.

I'm just surprised you could drive.

I hope this helps, please see a doctor.
