    Vibrating noise from coldwater tap
    Hello..

    Looked through previous questions and answers did find the information needed so any help would be appreciated...

    Replaced tap washers in the kitchen and bathroom.
    Coldwater basin tap in bathroom makes a vibrating noise when first opened goes away when further opened, how do I get rid of this loud noise when opening and closing this tap, all othertaps OK..

    Take that faucet apart and inspect the washer and retaining screw. Either the screw is not tight or the washer is cupped and loose. The washer should be tight to the point that the screw just starts to deform the washer.
