Ok! Long story so buckle up, it's quite a ride!
I'll be as brief as I can on unimportant things.

I started a new job, there was a girl there
She is the second in charge (one above me)
The girl and I started to flirt and get along very well.
The time came and we told each other how we felt about each other
We couldn't make a move into a relationship because of the boss basically telling us we'd be fired if anything happened, and she is supposed to act like my boss not my friend.
Weeks went by, we got closer and closer

Then there was some progress, we went out and I ended up staying at her place for 2 nights, we did the usual for people with feelings for each other.. sex, showering together, cuddling, kissing, laughter... watever, 'The Works' lets say.

What was most incredible about this weekend, we spent a day at a park having a picnic with some friends of hers and the whole day... and I mean.. every minute or so... she was hugging me, kissing my on the neck, holding my hand, rubbing her face and cheeks on my neck... all of that kind of thing... this is odd behaviour for her as she is not usually one to open up or be close to someone like this. She exclaimed many times throughout the day...
"what's happenened to me/what've you done to me" stuff like that

So of course at this time I'm thinking *yeah, this is good, this is nice, I like this*

Now, the next day I visited her at work (I had the day off), once again we ended up back at her place, nothing happened this time and I didn't want it to, we just hung out. Then as I was leaving she started hugging me more than she had been earlier, and she kissed me as well. She would definitely not kiss me if she didn't like me. That's a dead fact, it's the kind of girl she is.
She then said something along the lines of...
"We have to go to work tomorrow and be 'Work Jenny and Steve'. "

(fake names by the way);)

We talk about this 'Work Jenny and Steve' thing often, its our mask we put on for our boss.
Because there we can't act like friends so we pretty much just ignore each other.

Now, do you think a relationship like this could ever work? Because right now I am not enjoying keeping up this mask, and I think it bothers me that she seems to be able to wear it quite comfortably, maybe it isn't comfortable and she is just a better actor than I am...

Someone tell me their thoughts... my friends are sick of me talking about it :p hahahahahaha
