I am 4days late now and scare to take the test. I have been trying for a baby for 3years. Just this month I became very fatiged and have unusal rashes on my arms and small puss like itchy pimples on my face, I also experienced terible itching on the skin of my ear.am I pregnant?no heavy discharge butmy underpant smells yeast like.

You're just going to have to go take a test. No one can tell you for sure whether you're pregnant here.
I've never heard of anything but the fatigue and missed period being signes of pregnancy, you might consider going to the dr's.
