    Frozen bank account
A judgement was filed against me by Sharinn & Lipshie Pc when I was making payments of $200.00 a month to them. Can they do this and if not what can I do, They also froze my bank account. I have bank statements that I was paying them every month.

Ok you were paying them, was this agreement to accept 200 a month in writing from them ? If not, of course they can still sue you and get a judgement. Unless you have a formal agreement for them to accept a certain amount of money, you are merely hope the amount you pay will make them happy.

Now if you did have a written agreement, why did you not show up in court when they sued you for a judgement ? When you were served notice of the judgement hearing, that is when you needed to go and show all of these recordss, not after they won the judgement.

Now if you have a written agreement you will need to file a motion to overturn the judgement in court.
