Why does it hurt so much?
My Mother told me today that I don't deserve to live. Yes, I will admit I have been acting like a true teenager lately, but does that mean I don't deserve to live? I know what I did was wrong, and I have said sorry many times, but she refuses to listen, talk, or even look at me. She has told me multiple times that I should just die and she would be satisfied, but this time it hurt more than the others. Why? :(

Don't listen to her.
Parents can be wrong sometimes... this is one of those times.
My parents make me feel the same way sometimes (and my mother has come close to saying it more times than I want to hear).
You're a teenager, do what you do best don't listne to her. She's obviously not thinking straight, and being verbally abusive.
Live for yourself, break out of what she says, don't let it affect you... and keep being a teenager, that's your job.
It hurt this time more than others probably because your sick of hearing it, so don't put up with it anymore.

She obviously has some kind of personal problems for her to even say this to you. Whatever you were doing that caused her to even say such a horrid thing must be examined by you to see if this was truly your fault or she was just being vindictive.

I am so sorry that she said that. My mom has said it many times to me. Yes, I am also going through being a teenager. I get upset when she would say that. You don't deserve to die because of something you did. I know that its upseting but just try and talk to her or have someone in your family (like a grandparent) talk to her about talking to you. She won't be mad at you forever. Love and Peace, good luck.

Oh sweetie, she's dead wrong. You do deserve to live. You have a future before you that holds infinite possibilities... maybe one day you'll discover the cure for cancer or walk on the moon... or, become a mom that makes a difference in her kids lives, or a teacher who changes the future...
She and anyone else who ever would say that to you are just plain wrong.

Wow, LostEchoes, I'm sorry your mother is acting like a twit. Please try to keep in mind what you are hearing is most likely her frustration over the situation and not her true feelings. Many of us women are not taught to communicate effectively and when we get upset we say hurtful things because we were never taught to say it straight out. It sounds like your both have some fene-mending to do. Do you think your mother would be up for family counseling? It can do wonders.

It's a wonder you have trouble knowing how to interact with her when that's how she speaks to you. Stop apologizing. Behave properly because you should expect the best from yourself but your mother's statements were really, really, really wrong and pretty crazy to boot.
Is she a drinker? This sounds like an alcoholic rant to me.
