    Filing for Parental Rights
    I am mother of 2 children where I do not receive no support fro their ftaher. I currently have custody. I am looking to file for parental rights but I am not sure how to go about doing this. Can you please help? Thank you.

    When you and the father of the child separated you should have hired an attorney and filed for custody and child support. If you have no money for a attorney check to see if there is a legal aid society in your area.
