Rake them up and throw them out. There isn't much that can be done to get rid of them chemically. They grow after a wet winter sometimes and should just go away as the soil dries out and the organic matter they are feeding on is depleted.

You may have fairy rings if its in a circle again not a lot you can do. If it persists dig out down to 20cm to get rid of the fungus and start again but this is more common in summer. But wet weather can also bring out fungus which arnt fairy rings and usually comes from the tatch layer in the turf, so it is best to scarify the turf. All the best.

I disagree with raking the mushrooms. This will just spread more seeds.

Tsk tsk... Mushrooms don't have seeds, they are a fungus, therefore they have spores. ;)

I just pick up mine using garden gloves and throw in the trash. You might have them come back again but won't be as many until you get rid of them totally. Mine went away after I picked them all up and threw away. Took about 2 seasons to eradicate them totally.

First of mushrooms don't have seeds, its spores and If you rake out the thatch from the lawn in autumn chances of getting the mushrooms is reduced, also if you remove the mushrooms when they are young, spores wouldn't have developed in time.
