    No Hot Water with leak coming from pressure nozzle
    No hot water and a leak in the basement tank (pressure nozzle).

    Let's see if I can break this down to where it makes sense.
    You have a water heater, (gas or electric? How old?) that's not working. You also have a Pressure and temperature valve on the heater that's leaking a bit. ( stamp your hoof once if I'm correct and twice if I'm not.) Answer me and I'll answer you. Tom
