    How to change my last name?
    Iam currently 19 and living in U.S, NYC. If I want to change to my mother maiden name where would I go to?

    Go to your local Family Court, they should be able to tell you the procedure.

    Normally it is very simple and not to costly. But yes, your local court should do it for you
