Lol, no not detroit. I live around Grand Rapids, it would be the John Ball Park Zoo. The bike trail conviently leads from about 5 miles from my house, all the way up to John Ball Park.

That ab thing is awesome, by the way. It took me a few tries to figure out that I actually can have my legs in sitting position and put my face to the floor BEHIND me. I really didn't think it was possible, but it was so easy. It's hard for me to not use my arms though... I can't figure out where to put them to stop myself from using them.

It (gas) should only get uglier with travel season coming up... and memorial day here in the US in a month.

Just bought an old honda 650 nighthawk for my wife and she's eager to have it up and running. I'm eager for it to be an ease on the fillups. And to see her on the bike. Just when I thought she couldn't be sexier... a long, cute italian girl on a black motorcycle motoring up my drive with a big grin is right up there on what I want to see before I die.

Need to get my mountain bike fixed... thatll help too. And remember not to jump it down a flight of concrete stairs... bad things happen when you do that. Duh. Luckily, just to the frame this last time. Amazing I don't choke on my own shoelaces sometimes...

    I hope not, KP lol.

My friend has a diesel truck... he's paying 4.29 right now, I believe. And of course, you know it's got to get great fuel economy... it's a truck.

As recently as December some were predicting prices for unleaded would top around 3.40 by summer... oops. That's been long since revised to higher numbers.

And some are now thinking it might not be until after the election, and into early 2009 before we see some stabilization and prices begin to decrease.

Then again, you can find someome to support about anything.

    k. now I'm boring myself.

I don't know about the morning fillup... it's good for smog control, not sure about gas mileage.

I actually never fill up to the top, always go about 60% - 70% of my tank so that the car's not as heavy and it uses less fuel to drag it along... planes use this method as well.

My car's not so much a gas guzzler... but it's not exactly a civic either...

And my new bike... oy. It's awesome for joy rides... but that thing takes as much as gas my car does!!

Oh, my bike? What is that, you ask? This baby right here...

Well, between OPEC and tarrifs and taxes and disasters, I guess you never really know what's going to happen to gas. I just hate the crude oil keeps rising... what are we at now? The fourth or fifth record daily close? Ugh...

The bad thing is that I live about 20 miles from work, and need to drive FOR work.

Smotes tackled the gas in the am, half full fill opinion... in the end, there was no real compelling evidence at all...

One thing I haven't watched is the assertion to buy gas on Wednesday, as it supposedly peaks for the weekend, and by Wednesday its usually hit its low again until it bumps up again.

Ill join in the show me yours and ill show you mine game... not ours actually, just a pic of the model, one year earlier. You'll have to imagine the italian gal riding.

As well as can be expected while being at work for the past 8.5 hours.

Classes, labs, libraries, bonecrushing... do you ever rest, sneezy? :)
