Hey Chris, how was your day?

I had a blast making a wonderful snow fort with the kids, it's cool, really cool! The weather is starting to warm up now so the snow fort won't last long, but it will be fun while it lasts. Hopefully the buses are running tomorrow and the rug rats can go to school, 3 days off is a bit much. :)

Lol, I know how you feel. My mom had almost 10 days in a row off, and I live with her at the moment. It's just like a kid... she doesn't listen and she always wants my attention.

Wait until you have your own, trust me nothing compares to it. Kids are great, and when you're older you can live vicariously through them. Besides, I have made two people who are biologically obligated to take care of me when I'm old, not a bad plan. ;)

    I'm peachy.

Just poking along... burning time before bed. Nothing remarkable.

Sipping on a nice pinot grigio and wishing it wasn't going to rain. Would love to lay out on the hammock tonight.

Alty, you're so terrible :) And that's why we love you.

Yeah, I can't see myself with kids. It seems like my friends all have the same idea. Does that get better with time? We're all about 20 to 22.

    So true.

Tonight I watched my 4 year old play "star wars" in the front yard for 30 minutes with a stick. I was in awe. Reminded me of those days when I was a kid and could play for hours with a ball or a stick or whatever...

Had to be there... but it completely took me back to my own yard, my own playground. A stick and an imagination and no inhibitions about who is watching. Fantastic.

See, I grew up in the country. We used corn stalks. They break more easily, but you can actually hit each other and not get hurt... much :)

I got married when I was 24, so yup, it get's better with time. You also have to find the right person, which I was lucky enough to do at the age of 19. I didn't have my first child until I was 27 though, I'm glad that I waited a while, it made me that much more ready to care for another human being. Wouldn't trade my kids for the world. :)

Hey M, Ahhh, you scared me.

KP, hammock, why don't you come over and play in my snow fort. ;)

    Sure I've noticed.

Were the kids in class who keep getting in trouble.
