    Credit card compnay wants to put a lien on my car
    Can a credit card company put a lien on my car? I still owe $4000 to Ford Motor Company on it, and have been paying on time. It is worth around $10,000 much less than my credit card debt.

    It depends on where you are. Its certainly possible for them to seize any assets. But most places do not allow unsecured debt to be used to attach property.
