    Need Help Please!
    Hello everyone
I've got a serious problem with my computer and would greatly appreciate your help
Every time I turn on my computer, it will not start windows xp. It says that a system file has been removed or corrupted. Can I do anything other than formatting the computer and losing all my work?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Here is a link explaining step-by-step as to repairing XP:

Doing the repair should replace the system file that has been removed or is corrupt. I do wish you the best, and if this doesn't solve it, please post back.
