    My brother and I are co mortgage holders, he has abandoned our agreement. Is there anything I can do to get the mortgage in my name only.

    I have moved your question to its own thread.

    But you will have to get him to agree to sign it over, or sue him for breach of your agreement for the value of his half of the property
