    Bank Account Garnishment
I received a Judgement in the State of Alabma against a dead beat who would not pay what they owed. I am working to get a Wage Garnishment and Bank Account Garnishment set up, however Im not sure which form I need to fill out for the Bank Account Garnishment the only two forms I can find are a Process of Garnishment and Writ of Exicution(property seizure) If I use the Process of Garnishment that is normaly used for Wage Garnishment then the dead beat person has to be notified which I don't want to happen, makes no since to seize an account affter they take the funds out. Any way can someone help!

Use the Process of Garnishment and do everything the right way. Even if you are dealing with a deadbeat, he has constitutional rights, also.
