Many of us have the same challenge. It is something that either you can learn to do or you cannot. Some people can work under pressure and some cannot.

You have to learn to multi task, concentrate and prioritize.

    1) write a list of all the jobs you have to accomplish
    2) prioritize them by when they need completed

    3) each day write a list of what you wish to accomplish in that days time

    4) never work on a project until you are second guessing yourself. If you feel like you are spinning your wheels (going nowhere) stop! Stand up.. take a few deep breathes... stretch.
Pick up another important5)4 project and work on it for a couple of hours and then go back to the other project and you will be more likely to finish it.

    5) if you find that you are not finishing projects and are missing deadlines are way behind in your work than talk to your supervisor or someone and let them know that you have more than you can handle and see if they can get someone to help you out.

    6) stay calm, you can only accomplish so much in a days time
