You should start your own thread asking questions on someone else's thread is 'piggybacking' Map. And you will get more responses.

As many as you can face to face or on the phone. If you make in person calls you get to at least see the size and some of the interior of the buildings. I prefer direct cold call in person.

If you are talking about customer service calls then yes visiting the locations to inspect them and build rapport with the clients. I used to visit at night when our crews were cleaning however for the last ten years we have supervisors and an Operations director that does this.
