How do I change ssid name from dlink to what I want?
I had to reset my router and the name defaulted to "dlink". I want to change it back to what I had and also enable the ecryption/set WEP id. Thank you in advance

You have to login to the routers web interface. Since this is a dlink it is most likely 192.168.0.1

Type this address into the URL address bar in your browser. This should bring up a login screen where you login to your router. Since you reset your router the default username and password should be:

    Username: admin
    Password: admin (or no password)

Once you're logged in under Wireless there should be a spot to change SSID. Then under wirelessor security there should be a spot to add security via WEP, WPA, WPA2 etc...

    NOTE: If 192.168.0.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.1.0, 1.1, 0.1 etc...
