Send who your way? Even in the ministry of Jesus Christ Himself, faith had to precede healing, and aggressive unbelief cut people off from whatever benefits they may have needed.

No. I'm asking why you believe what you believe?

I am truly sorry to hear that. I didn't say that everyone who was prayed for was healed. Wish that were so, but there are so many variables. Some believers have difficulty getting their healing. There is one thing to remember, though. When Jesus came out of that tomb alive, He had the keys of death and Hell. Simply put, the believer leaves this life when our Lord says its time for us to go. Think about this, though. What percentage of his patients does the doctor lose? The answer is 100% eventually. What percentage does Jesus lose? The answer is 0% eventually. At best, this life is temporary.

I was raised RC, through college and post grad schooling, career, a first marriage, I never gave religion or God much thought beyond, for me, rare ritualistic/ automatic/ robotic prayers and going to church several times a year at most.

I thought much like most people, I'm basically good, try to follow the Golden Rule, no major mortal sins, I'm married, children, making good money. I figured I'm more good than bad, so that should get past the pearly gates so to speak. What did I need God for? I was doing just fine.

Then I fell, I did something definitely bad, hid it, tired to ignore it, I could not.
Some people call it conviction or guilt or whatever. I needed forgiveing, and all at once what I just read about or was told about, stuff that I knew in my head - Jesus christ dying for sins and for your salvation - clicked in my heart.

Now that was within the past 3 years. I'm no kid. I 'm scientifically trained and there is enough "proof" through any apologetics website to back up the Bible, and Jesus. The more I search the more I find, and personally, He has answered prayers - not all - but more than I deserve.

    Grace and Peace

As we read in the bible, Jesus did not heal everyone, in his own home area only a few were healed, and while he healed many, it can be assumed he did not go into every house. Also we know that we are really stangers to this world ( bible tells us we are) and that our home is in heaven with Jesus, so often he calls people to their real home when he wants them. Why we do not know, all we can do is trust chrst in his choices
