Hi, need a little guidance with what to do, I have been seeing my girlfriend 4 5 months now everything was great until she says she has moved into this realationship 2 quick then says she doesn't know if she loves me but she has said this 3 times now in the last month,and every time she tells me I'm really ill I take time off work ont eat nothing and be sick it kills most ov the time but every time I feel safe again with her she says it just don't know what to do ?I've been hurt in the past by my ex and it feels like its all coming bk again ?

I really don't understand what the question is? If she is pulling back then you pull back.

I think I get what your asking but I agree there's not a real defined question there. If she is questioning and constantly bringing it up its possible that if you back off, call her a little less and try and act more casual with the relationship instead of acting like your dating act a little more like she's a friend. I had the same problem with my girlfriend only I was the one questioning. When she backed off and wasn't there for me as much as I was used to it scared me and I realized that I loved her and wanted to be with her. That was about 6 months in and were more than 2 years running now. There is also the side of pulling back though that she could think you've become disinterested and pull back even more. It's a gamble but I only say it because when my girlfriend backed off it was a real wake up call and shock to my system. It's a gamble and its up to you what you do.

Are you trying to keep her by playing on her guilt??

If your reaction over her changing her mind about you, is to go through these changes, that is not fair nor is it healthy, and you need some professional help fast!
