Long story short, my ex will not leave me alone and is sabotaging me. We were together for 3 years, 6 months ago he said I should move out and we should move on. It broke my heart and embarrassed me to mind home yet again, but I did. During the past 6 months he has flip flopped almost daily between us working things out, being friends, or being nothing. I finally put my foot down, saying I couldn't deal with it anymore, my heart can't keep up and I'm over being upset only for him to change his mind. Well now he is going crazy and won't leave me alone. Txtung me awful things constantly and I'm scared and pissed. Even from an objective point of view I put up with a lot more s*** then he did me, and I don't deserve to be in constant fear. Help!!

Contact your local police station, show them the messages and let them know he is harressing you.

The police will guide you on protocol.

Totally blank him, delete him from everywhere, he will eventually get the message.

Yes keep every single text message he sends you, keep a log of every time he contacts you or harass' you no matter how small the incident, i.e. if he knocks on your door, date and time them, don't respond to anything he says or does, hopefully he will leave you alone and if not you will have enough back up to get a protection order.

It means I agree with the advice of both posters, and was to lazy to type anything.

Maybe you should talk to him tell him the what whens and whys and how you feel or he is has made you feel and tell him that's it. Its always best to talk to them then they will get the message ignoring them can make them more persistent I know if I was ignored I would not give up until we have spoken just to find out why
