Wives that have had one night stands with other men?
If a wife has a one night stand, comes home and yells at husband for being snoopy then in anger has sex with the man right in front of you, how would you handle it?

Say to the other guy right in front of her "I hate dumping my problems on other's, but she's all yours!"

Assuming husband is completely innocent in everything which is rarely the case, she would be an ex-wife before it came to that.

Silly question, the husband would not have been in room to watch it, he would have had other man leave, or have just left, he would not be there to watch.

I would leave, never return, and let the lawyer serve the divorce paper. That way you don't go to jail for doing something bad to the beeyatch.

The husband is cripled due to a MRSA abcess in his spine causing a vertabra to slip crushing the spinal cord. It takes him a good 15 to 45 minuts to stand on his own feet with a cane or walker, all his legs feel like is pins and needles he still retains the urge for sex however.

In other circumstabces I would have considered it sexy, but my wife and her old boyfriend did what they did for two reasons, the old boyfriend did it for my humiliation, my wife did it thinking she was going to teach me not to be so snoopy. She was still drunk and now is begging her mother and myself for forgivness. She said if she had not had six margeritas in an hour she would not have done what she did. Myself I think that some of the meds she takes also had a part to play combined with the booze, She takes taramidol, neurotin, seroquel xr, cogentian. I can't divorce her due to her being Bi-polar. State won't allow it.

What? The state won't allow you to get a divorce from her because she's bi-polar? What state is this? Who told you that?

Due to the fact I had to take out a guardianship on her. The only way I can transfer gaurdiaship on her is transfer it to a family member or the state. Her mother will not take the guardianship and niether will the state. I live In a very conservative state that doesn't spend money on mental facilities. We only have two open for the criminaly insane.

You can leave her. Drunk is no excuse. Premeditated drunk is more like it

Talk to a real lawyer, not the state. What state is this?

I'm thinking if you can prove yourself as 'incompetent' with a good lawyer.

I can't see how ANY state would lock you into a marriage under any circumstances. So she can cheat on you... steal from you... move out... kick puppies... and the state won't allow you to get a divorce.

Like Tal said, talk to a lawyer.

No; but she understands she is on a long probation. If another friend shows up from the coast, I will be along no matter who it is, I also said that she has to get tested for STD and if the opertunity arises that I can have some fun I also will take advantage of the situation. Mother in law is here asking me to forgive and not send her home with her. She pulled out a copy of her will giving me total control of all inheritance my wife gets from her when she dies, She also showed me the financial statement for her estate. My father in law died in 1981, he was a lawer leving almost 5 mill to his wife in the thirty one years since her financial advisors turned it into a litle over 85 mill to be split between my wife's sister and my wife. I can be bought but not cheaply. My mother in law was born in the 1920s she is almost ninety tears of age.

Oh, now I see... you don't want to leave because there is a payment at the end of it all... it's not that you can't leave.

Maybe this information earlier in the thread would have been useful so we didn't have to waste our time trying to help you out of this mess.

I just want to know if I am putting, as my wife puts it, I am now an indentured servant.

She is rubbing it in your face that you are stuck with her. As long as you go after the carrot on the stick you are stuck. Forget the money, live like room mates and dump her when you can find a way.

Good advice; I am also requiring her to do things for me that she did for her old boyfriend, she said that that was the tequila causing her to be less resitant. Use and lose later.

Your question asked, "how would you handle it?" which led us all to believe you needed help with this situation... now you only want to know if you're an indentured servant... Honestly, I am starting to doubt the validity of this question. The lack of upfront information, the comment about the state not allowing you to get divorced only to find out that you have all kinds of money coming in (which I also doubt), the guardianship, now the comments about requiring her to do things. I'm thinking you're either making this all up and playing us or you're one very confused person. Either way, I am done here.

It took me a little while to get back on this site. My medical Dr. called and asked me how the stress center I was in for ten days went. I said that I was still angry and hurt and surprised to find my wife and mother in law here. Then I asked why she called instead of the nurse practitioner. She said she had to talk to me about some tests that were done before all this went down when I was in the hospital recently. I am a little tired of people not being straight with me so I told her to spit it out. Her next words were a releif, my tests showed that the MRSA is still active in my liver, kidneys and heart and doing damage she wants me to come in and enter some clinical trials for anti-biotics. My MRSA is now Vancomyisin resitant, I was on that for two months when I developed the abcess and had my spine fused. I remember that that particular AB had some real bad effect on me, allways sick. I am going to refuse my mother and wife have already signed the papers in my absence with their power of attorny. But there is only a lump of coal at the end of my stick.

I agree with tal on this. You are no better than she is and now you're probably not getting anything anyway.
    Dump her!

I have told her that our marriage is truly on the rocks and told her that she told me that she would like to try and repair what we had. All I want to do is go to bed and sleep, Everyone is over here right now trying to talk me into the new trials, but I am tired of the turmoil that MRSA has created. I have given her leave to what she wills, she can go with her mother or stay. This deaseas was not my fault but it has been a problem for many people besides me. I wish that they had just given me enough morphin to keep the pain down and let me go the first time. That would have allowed everyone else to get on with their lives. It would have allowed me peace instead of drama. I have become to tired to deal with anything else, my mother is standing beside the desk now saying that they need to take me back to the ER. They think with all the bad news I've had recently I am going into shock. My hands and feet are starting to shake now maybe I will get lucky and not make it.

You should tell all those people to get out of your house. Your wife should be the first to do.

With everything you've stated is going on, you're on the computer? You're going into shock, but still able to sit at your computer and type?

I was born at night, but not last night.

I think you need to find something else to do with your time, other than trolling on sites. Bad things do happen, but a story like yours, not likely.

When a story is too eccentric to believe, it's usually because it's not true.

If your story is true, I don't know why you would mention all your medical issues in these last two posts. They have nothing to do with your original question, which has been answered time and time again.

    Good bye, and good luck.

It was not shock like what I told them but they still hauled me back into the ER Doctor says it is just nerves and bad news with depression which is what I told them is what was wrong, I looked at my wife and she says that she will not do what she did again, but as we all know once you taste of forbidden fruit it is hard to give up. If her old boyfriend came back to town this minut she would be off and panting, as for my medical issues within the next three years without the new trials my family and myself have been told that I will suffer catastrophic organ failur. It is like I said before if you get MRSA internaly you may as well let the doctors euthaniz you because your life and those around you pay a huge price that is really not worth the trouble. As for the new antibiotics coming out they are strong enough that they attack anything in a body that even looks like a viris or bacterial infection including sperm ,and eggs, to save your own life you lose the ability to create life. Is it worth it.
